  • I send ALL inquiries for your listings to you, via e-mail!
    NOTE: This e-mail has our information and outlines the terms for the lead.
  • When a customer wants something other than what is listed in your area, if we have more than one realtor in that area, we send that type of lead out "ON A ROTATIONAL BASIS"!
  • We E-MAIL THE LEAD / agreement to you/your broker for acceptance.
  • You reply to the LEAD "via" E-MAIL accepting the lead.
    NOTE: You must send the lead back VIA E-MAIL and intact, with your acceptance. 
    AOL USERS and others may need to copy and paste the original lead into the reply e-mail
    We must have the original leads subject line on your acceptance.
  • We provide you the customers NAME; PHONE NUMBER; E-MAIL ADDRESS and their input on property they want to buy, sell or both.
  • As there are "NO GUARANTEES" in this business, you must communicate with the customer, confirming for yourself their wants, needs and desires BEFORE going to work for them.
  • IF their price range or expectations appear to be unrealistic for the local market, educate them as you would a call in, when on "Floor Duty".
  • You agree to update us MONTHLY, on ALL leads and listings
    (SOLD, WORKING, DEAD) via e-mail.
  • You have your Brokers consent / ok, and is agreeable to your participation in our program.
  • We have a $200.00 per year administrative fee.
